Returns
  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the item

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and with original packaging

  • Customers must contact support@sneakro.com before returning any item

Refunds
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items
  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refunds will not be issued without prior approval or if return conditions are not met.
